This one a4CD set with 2 shows on it, mainly interest for me is the first show, Vinny Appice first performance with the band so here is a little explanation by the Uploader:

Bill Ward was ambivalent about Sabbath carrying on without Ozzy, but played on the Heaven and Hell album and began touring with the new Dio-fronted band. As the tour progressed and after 50+ gigs, Ward found he wasn't enjoying the band and his drinking increased. After the show in Minneapolis 8/19/80 the band travelled to Denver, but before the 8/21/80 gig, Ward left town and Sabbath was without a drummer and canceled.

Unable to get Ward back, Sabbath went to Los Angeles and searched for a new drummer. Enter Vinnie Appice, who was just 22 years old at the time. The Sabs liked the kid and the band rehearsed a few times and flew off to Hawaii for this gig. Appice said he was nervous, but Iommi was apparently more so, wondering how the gig would go. Appice's small drum kit was also of concern to Iommi. Appice has a few timing issues, but overall, the band sounds good. "Well done, my son!" Dio says after Sweet Leaf, which features an Appice drum solo.

Now the sad part is the quality of the audio is bad, no big mistakes on it, simply sounds bad.

About Sydney the show has good quality. No big mistakes on it with Lady Evil performed.
