Iron Maiden: The last flight of the albatross. BankAtlantic Center, Fort Lauderdale, USA. 02.04.09
My version from John G´s recording doesn’t include Doctor, Doctor, Transylvania, they were removed due Dime Policy said that, lets continue with the review, nice audience recording with classic set list from this era.
TAPER’S NOTES: “Recorded from section 306 of the ADT
Club. Certainly not the optimum location for recording in this not so great
acoustically hockey arena hence the boomy sound. At
least I had no rowdies or cell phone talkers nearby so there is little audience
chatter on this.
Entire show captured, intro through outro including opening act, (Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris' daughter) Lauren Harris. Sold out concert at 21,000. This was the last gig on Iron Maiden's mammoth "Somewhere Back In Time" world tour and their first visit to Florida in almost thirteen years.
Please DO NOT sell. Please DO NOT distribute in lossy format.
Please DO share freely and enjoy!
