If you want to
read the review of the concert click here. The concert was
recorded with a minidisk then transferred to a tape and then to a CD, the
problems are the next first 10 seconds of The evil that
men do are missed, during Blood brothers and Dream
of mirrors the stupid mini disc and tape ended so Carlos
(Good traders section, don’t cry, you are also a great
friend) pasted the songs and there aren’t seconds lost and
he did a good job (believe me), at some points
are some distortions because the movement and the rain!!!.. Anyway you can find
here Fallen Angel & Out of the silent planet only
played in 4 venues. The sound improves a lot from song to song and after Brave
new world we can consider that this one sounds better than Shepherds
bush 2nd night concert.
If you read at Iron
Maiden site you will read that the concert was at Sports
palace that is totally wrong it was at Foro Sol (In front of the
Sports palace) a baseball park, and race track with capacity for
60,000. The audience reaction at the front of the stage was great but it's seems
that at the end of it the audience was totally apathetic because the rain, the
long wait and almost everybody disliked Queensryche and
that turned off the audience.
I want to say as
usual thanks to all the people that helped me to get the concert even if they
couldn't: My friend Carlos (For get
the concert), my great friend Jorge (For the
remaster work), Fernando (For all
the efforts) and of course to Myself for
support and t(h)reat
them and for the creation of the artwork!!!
