Iron maiden: Oslo 2000. Oslo, Norway. 26.06.00
More audience recordings from this tour with nothing special apart from the fact thatBruce has some problems during Iron Maiden to be honest this is the highlight of the bootleg, apart from that the audience was great if you check the opening acts you will understand the fantastic atmosphere on the concert Entombed & according with a friend also Mayhem from Norway.
The next is the explanation of the problems duringIron Maiden I took this inf. from Ville's page and he took it from Nicko's Tour Diary.
"When we had reached the song Iron Maiden, Bruce goes through the Wicker man, as he does he usually gets accosted by the vestal virgins that are chained inside ready to be sacrificed. Well this one virgin decides that she did not wish to remain a virgin any more and preceded to ripe Bruce's clothes off 'him. Well you can imagine what was going on here, Bruce is trying to sing the verse to Maiden with a Richard trying to get his kit off and all heck breaks loose, He stops singing, the rest of the guys are all watching what's happening and consequently we did the first verse again and then we completely lost the plot and by now, know one knew where the chorus was, it was like really funny.
At one stage I wanted to stop and take a look at what was going on behind me, I could here all this kafuffle going on and the band were in stitches while we were trying to make any sense of the picture. As it turned out we managed to get back on track thanks to H's bold attempt to hit the chorus; we were definitely de-railed there for a while. After the gig we were all in hysterics over what had happened but Bruce quite rightly so was very perturbed the Richard had ripped his shirt and put a bit of a finger nail gouge in his back, he was not a happy camper at all I can tell you."
