Black Sabbath: Melbourne 2012 (First
Day). Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne, VIC, Australia. 29.04.13
Description
Black Sabbath decided to go on tour to promote 13 their new album with Ozzy back as singer, and started before the album was released with a tour in Australia, this one is from 3rd show. Almost everybody was worried to know if the health of Tony is good enough to play shows, and if Ozzy is on physical condition to sing, as a matter of fact the band sound fresh and much better than in previous tour, could be that is just the beginning of the same, or maybe they are really taking care of them, but the show sounds great, the set list includes just 2 new songs, the single God is dead and Methademic a great song that is only available on double CD version of 13, rest of the set list is quite predictable, except for Under the sun.
The recording is nice and soft with good quality not too mucho external noise, so this is a must have now!
